Shipping Policy

Here is how and when your order is shipped, what to expect, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (business days). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

  • United States: free standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days after dispatch.
  • International: delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates, where they apply, are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delays, lost, or stuck packages

Carrier delays, weather, customs holds, and similar disruptions are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund. If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your package appears lost, contact us through the contact form on this site or at hello@tryharu.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. For your security, package investigations are only handled through these official channels.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we will try to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee it.
