Refund & Returns Policy

Please read this policy carefully before ordering. Every product on tryharu.com is offered at a promotional price, and all promotional purchases are final sale.

All sales are final

Every item sold on tryharu.com — including single bars at their promotional price, every bundle offer, and any order placed with a discount or promotional code — is a final-sale item. Final-sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, with no exceptions, the bundle deals.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, for choosing the wrong bundle, for unwanted or unused items, or because results differ from your expectations. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept that the order is final.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

The only claim we accept is for an item that arrives damaged, defective, or that is not what you ordered. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery through the contact form on this site or at hello@tryharu.com, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If we approve the claim, we will arrange a replacement of that item or a refund of that item to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days. We do not cover claims raised after 7 days, or items damaged through use or improper storage.

Order cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, often within hours. Once an order has entered processing it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us immediately — we will try to help but cannot guarantee a change before dispatch.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, contact us first through our official channels so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is a breach of these terms and may result in your details being declined for future orders.

We do not conduct order, account, or support business through social media, phone, or any third-party messaging service. Messages received through other channels will not be actioned.
